90-229 RESOLUTION NO. 90R-229
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT NO. 1080 AS GRANTED BY RESOLUTION
69R-42.
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 69R-42
which resolution did grant CUP No. 1080; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the property subject to CUP No.
1080 has requested the termination of CUP No. 1080.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council o£
the City of Anaheim does hereby terminate CUP NO. 1080 and rescind
Resolution No. 69R-42.
