A OF THE CITY COUR-TCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM C]RANTING, IN PART, VARIANCE NO.
2816.
WHEREAS, after a request for variance by John W.
Vuksanovich, et al., owners; Kenneth Kallman and Lynn Thomsen,
agents, was received, a public hearing before the Planning Com-
mission of the Cite of Anaheim was held upon due and proper notice,
a result of which Variance No. 2816 was granted, in part, covering
the following described property:
Lots 4 and 5 of Tract No. 653, in the City of Anaheim.,
County of Orange, State of California, as per map re-
corded in Book 20 Page 36 of Miscellaneous Daps, 4 -L. n

the Office of the County Recorder of said County.
Except that portion thereof as granted to the State
of California by deed recorded July 11, 1955 in Book
3133 Page 19, Official Records.
WHEREAS, thereafter, within the time prescribed by law,
an interested party or the City Council, on its own motion, caused
the review of said Planning Co_nmiission action at a public hearing
noticed and held as prescribed by law and, as a result thereof,
the City Council does hereby rake the following findings:

1. That there are special circumstances applicable to the
Property including size, shape, topograph-7 , location or surround-
ings, which do not apply to other Proper -- under identical zonina

classification in the vicinity.
2. That, because of special circumstances shown in (1)
above, strict application of the zoning code deprives the property
of -privileges enjoyed by other property under identical zoning
classification in the vicinity.
NOW, THEREFORE? BE IT M -SOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, that a conditional zoning variance be, and
the same is hereby, granted, permitting the manufacturing of
clothing in -the "CL" CO!,MERCIAL, LDMITED ZONE on the property
hereinbefore described with waivers of the following sections of
the Anaheim Municipal Code:

That said variance be granted subject to the following conditions:

1. That this variance is granted subject to the completion
of Reclassification No. 75-76-41, now pending.
2. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City
of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2 and 3; provided, however, that
a masonry wall shall be constructed along the east and west prop-
erty lines adjacent to the "RS -A-43,000" Zoning; said wall to be
a minimum of 42 inches in height, as stipulated to by the peti-
tioner.
3. That Condition,No. 2, above-mentioned, shall be complied
with prior to final building and zoning inspections.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby
reserves the right to revoke such variance permit for goad cause
or failure of said owners, their heirs, successors or assigns to
comply with the Anaheim Municipal Code and regulations and the
conditions herein. Said variance is granted, for the term pre-
scribed by the Anaheim Municipal Code unless otherwise specified
herein.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 27th day of July, 1976.
