A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM MENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4989 BY
DELETING CONDITION NO. 1 OF RECLASSIFICATION
NO. 58-59-31 (READVERTISED) RELATING TO ZONING.
WHEREAS, on the 20th day of January, 1959, the City
Council did adopt its Resolution No. 4989 approving Reclassifica-
tion No. 58-59-31, subject to certain conditions therein stated;
and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the applicant to amend
said Resolution No. 4939 by deleting Condition No. 1 thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City to delete Condition No. 1 of Resolution No.
4989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 4989 be, and the same is
hereby, amended by deleting Condition No. 1 of Reclassification No.
58-59-31.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent herein
amended, said Resolution No. 4939 shall remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed bv me
