A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON
MENT OF A CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT.
(Public Utility Easement 76 -13A)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
elected to proceed pursuant to the provisions of the Public
Services Easements Vacation Law (Section 50430 et seq. Government
Code) in connection with the vacation and abandonment of public
service easements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did, by resolution duly posted
and published, give notice of its intention to abandon the follow-
ing described public service easement (hereinafter "Easement
to wit:
That certain public utility easement, located in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described in the deed to the Southern California Edison
Company recorded in Book 2116, page 635, Official Rec-
ords, and assigned to the City of Anaheim, described as
follows:
The North one -half of the East one -half of the South-
east one quarter of the Southwest one quarter of Section
Fourteen, Township Four South, Range Eleven West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian.
All poles shall be erected and maintained within one
foot of the following described line:
Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of said South-
west one quarter distant 930 feet Northerly, measured
thereon from the South one quarter corner of said Sec-
tion; thence Westerly parallel with the South line of
said Section, 350 feet.
It is understood and agreed that the above line descrip-
tion is approximate only, it being the intention of the
Grantor, by this conveyance, to grant an easement for
said electric line in the location in which said elec-
tric line shall be constructed on and over the above
described property; and
WHEREAS, on the 12th day of April, 1977, a public hearing
was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence concerning
said proposed abandonment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find from the evidence submitted to it, that said Easement is un-
necessary for present or prospective public use.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation and abandonment
of said Easement.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy
of this Resolution and Order, attested by her under the seal of
the City of Anaheim to be recorded in the Office of the County Re-
corder of Orange County, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of April, 1977.
