A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABANDON CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS.
(Equestrian Trails Tract 9333) (76 -21A)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
does hereby elect to proceed pursuant to the provisions of
the Public Service Easements Vacation Law (Section 50430 et
seq., Government Code) in connection with vacation and
abandonment of public service easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its
intention to vacate, abandon, and close to public use the
following described public service easement(s), to wit:
(a) That certain easement for equestrian trails
located within the parcel of property
located adjacent to and south of the inter-
section of Mohler Drive and Country Hill Rd.
(in Lots 1 and 2 of Tract 9333).
(b) That certain easement for equestrian trails
located approximately 200 feet west of
Yorkshire Circle, said easement extending
from a point approximately 450 feet south
of the intersection of Mohler Drive and
Country Hill Rd. and extending to a point
approximately 850 feet southerly thereof
(in Lots 4 through 12 of Tract 9333).
(c) That certain easement for equestrian trails
located approximately 175 feet east of
Yorkshire Circle, said easement extending
from a point approximately 325 feet southerly
of Mohler Drive and extending to a point
approximately 490 feet southerly of Mohler
Drive (in Lots 13, 14, 15 and 16 of Tract
9333).
as said easements are shown on a map or plan on file in the
Office of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
or objecting to said vacation and abandonment will be heard at
a public hearing to be held at 3:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon

thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chamber in
the City Hall, 204 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the
same to be published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 19th day of July, 1977.
