1977-151A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 74R -417
AND ADOPTING A NEW FEE SCHEDULE OF THE UNIFORM
BUILDING CODE, 1976 EDITION.
WHEREAS, the City Council, pursuant to Resolution No.
74R -417, adopted a fee schedule of the Uniform Building Code,
1973 Edition; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does desire to repeal said
Resolution and adopt a new fee schedule for the Uniform Building
Code, 1976 Edition; and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City Council to adopt
a fee schedule for uniform codes by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 74R -417 is hereby re-
pealed and that the following fee schedule be, and the same is
hereby, adopted for the Uniform Building Code:
(a)
Total Valuation
$1.00 to $500.00
$501.00 to $2,000.00

$5.00 for the first $500.00 plus
$1.00 for each additional $100.00
or fraction thereof, to and includ-

$2,001.00 to $25,000.00 $20.00 for the first $2,000.00 plus
$4.00 for each additional $1,000.00
or fraction thereof, to and includ-
ing $25,000.00.
$25,001.00 to $50,000.00 $112.00 for the first $25,000.00
plus $3.00 for each additional
$1,000.00 or fraction thereof, to
and including $50,000.00.
$50,001.00 to $100,000.00 $187.00 for the first $50,000.00
plus $2.00 for each additional
$1,000.00 or fraction thereof to

(b) Plan- Checking Fees When the valuation of the proposed
construction exceeds $1,000.00 and a plan is required to be sub-
mitted by Subsection (c) of Section 301, a plan checking fee shall
be paid to the Building Official at the time of submitting plans
and specifications for checking.
Said plan checking fees for buildings of Groups I and J
Occupancies shall be one -half of the building permit fees. Plan
checking fees for all other buildings shall be 65 percent of the
building permit fees as set forth supra. When duplicate plans
are submitted for plan checking, a fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
shall be paid therewith.
Where plans are incomplete or changed so as to require
additional plan- checking, an additional plan -check fee shall be
charged at a rate established by the Building Official.
(c) Reinspection Fee. The fee for each reinspection shall
be $10.00.
TIDE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and sinned by me
