A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT
DATED OCTOBER 1, 1976, BETWEEN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AND MUNICIPAL DATA SYSTEMS, AND AUTH-
ORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID FIRST AMENDMENT TO JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, Municipal Data Systems and the City of Anaheim
entered into a Joint Powers Agreement on October 1, 1976; and
WHEREAS, said Joint Powers Agreement provides the terms
and conditions whereby Anaheim provides data processing services
to Municipal Data Systems; and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to amend said Agree-
ment by extending the term thereof and providing for additional
payment by Municipal Data Systems in the event CETA funding is not
available.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a First Amend-
ment to Joint Powers Agreement of October 1, 1976, be, and the
same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said First Amendment to Joint Powers
Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
