A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
PERTAINING TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE TERMS AND CONDI-
TIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR EMPLOYEES IN JOB CLASSES DESIG-
NATED AS MANAGEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council has not implemented new pay rates for
employees in the job classes designated as Management, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue the present resolu-
tions covering wages, hours, and conditions of employment in effect for
said employees, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend said resolutions to
be effective October 15, 1976 upon the condition that the City Council
approves salary adjustments for said employees prior to November 25, 1976.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that the present resolutions covering wages, hours and conditions
of employment for employees in job classes designated as Management remain
in effect to and including November 25, 1976.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
