A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN ASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY IM CERTAIN
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR OVERHEAD CROSS
ARMS AND ELECTRIC POWER LINES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described reel property
for municipal purposes, to wit Easements for overhead
cross -arms and electric power lines
and
that it

to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

California, described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: An overhead easement for crossarms and
electric power lines over and across a strip of land.
5.00 feet in width, being a portion of the Northeast
quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11
West, S.B.B. M., the Westerly line of said 5.00
foot strip being described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the South line of the
Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said
Section 13, said point being 203.00 feet West of
the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of
the Northeast quarter of said Section, said South
line being the centerline of Broadway, 90.00 feet
in width; thence North 0 11' 50" West 333.15 feet
to the intersection with the North line of the
South half of the South half of the Northeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section
13, and the terminus of said 5.00 foot strip.
Excepting the Southerly 45.00 feet lying within
the right of way of Broadway.

and electric power lines over and across a strip
of land 5.00 feet in width, being a portion of
the Northeast quarter of Section 13, Township 4
South, Range 11 West, S.B.B. M., the Northerly
line of said strip being described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East line of the
Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said
Section 13, said point being 333.07 feet North
of the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of
the Northeast quarter of said Section 13, said
East line being the centerline of Magnolia Avenue,
106.00 feet in width; thence South 89 37' 24"
West 203.00 feet to the intersection with the
Easterly line of the above described Parcel One
and the terminus of said 5.00 foot strip.
Excepting the Easterly 53.00 feet lying within
the right of way of Magnolia Avenue.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept
a conveyance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to
pay to the owner or owners of said real property, out of
General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar
