The Corridor Residential General Plan designation allows residential development at densities ranging from 0 to 13 dwelling units per gross acre. The tentative tract map will be comprised of 2.1-gross acres for development of 27 units at a density of 12.85 units per acre. 5. Conditions of approval will require review and approval of final improvement plans, utility plans, drainage and water quality requirements, and any required easements before final map recordation or permit issuance, as applicable. With these required improvements and conditions, the subdivision will not create serious public health problems. 7. That the design of the subdivision or the type of improvements will not conflict with easements acquired by the public at large for access through or use of property within the proposed subdivision. The design of the subdivision and the type of improvements will not conflict with easements acquired by the public at large for access through or use of property within the - 3 - PC2026-018 proposed subdivision.
