RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE C ITy ANAHEIM MOKTIVUAL
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described reel property
for municipal purposes, to wit Easements for road and
urposes
WHEREAS, the owner of s =.id property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; .'tad
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across the Easterly 44.2 feet,
as measured at right angles to the centerline of
Harbor Boulevard, formerly known as North Palm Street,
of the Northerly 70.5 feet of that parcel of land
described as follows:
The North 175 feet, as measured at right angles to the
center line of Romneya Drive, of the East 362 feet, as
measured at right angles to the center line of Harbor
Boulevard, of Lot 13 of Miles Rancho, as per Map
recorded in Book 4, page 7 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across the Easterly 45 feet,
as measured at right angles to the center line of
Harbor Boulevard, formerly known as North Palm Street,
of the Southerly 104.5 feet of that parcel of land
described as follows:
The North 175 feet, as measured at right angles to the
center line of Romneya Drive of the East 362 feet, as
measured at right angles to the center line of Harbor
Boulevard, of Lot 13 of Miles Rancho, as per Map
recorded in Book 4, page 7 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 16th day of April 19 68
