A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of HARR T KISHTYAMA and
MERIKO KISHIYAMA, husband and wife, as joint tenants, and un-
divided one -half interest; and JIM I. KISHIYAMA, a single man,
as to an undivided one -half interest,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of the South
half of the North half of the Southwest quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 14, Township
4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the center line intersection of
Western Avenue and Teranimar Drive, as shown on a
Map of Tract 3822, as recorded in Book 150, pages
31 and 32 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County; thence North 0 16' 25" West along
the center line of Western Avenue a distance of
164.89 feet; thence North 89 37' 30" East a distance
of 45 feet; thence South 0° 16' 25" East a distance
of 117.86 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 15
feet; thence Southerly and Easterly along said
curve through a central angle of 84 30' 25" an
arc distance of 22.12 feet; thence South 5 13' 10"
West a distance of 47.23 feet; thence South 89 37'
30" West a distance of 55.43 feet to the point of
beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion included within
Lot A, Tract 3822.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
