1977-814WHEREAS, it has been recommended in a staff report dated December
14, 1977 that the title of Community Development Director be amended, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 77R -808 which
established Program Management classes and rates of pay, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
amending this title is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the title Community Development Director be amended to Deputy
Executive Director Community Development.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 77R -808 shall remain in full force and effect.

ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77R -808 TO
ESTABLISH A NEW TITLE FOR AN EXISTING CLASS AND
ASSIGN THAT CLASS TO PROGRAM MANAGEMENT.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
