CERTAIN AREA OF E CI�. i HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim has heretofore duly passed and adopted a resolution declar-
ing its intention to change the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described, and did fix a time and place
for the holding of a public hearing thereon in the manner and as
prescribed in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, and did duly
hold and conduct such public hearing to consider said proposed
change of zone or zones, and did receive evidence and reports from
persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, thereafter, within the time prescribed by law,
an interested party or the City Council, on its own motion, caused
the review of said Planning Commission action at a public hearing
noticed and held as Provided in Title 13 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council dicl duly hold and conduct such hearing
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did consider the
same; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
the property and area proposed to be changed from the zone or zones
in which it is now situated to a different zone or zones, as here-
inafter set forth, is more suitable for the zone or zones in which
it is now incorporated, and that a change of zone should not be
granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that all of the property and area situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
The North 93 feet of the South 314.74 feet, measured
from the centerline of the Street, of the West 232 feet,
measured from the centerline of the Street, of Lot 9
of Orangwood Tract, as per map recorded in Book 7, page
42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California,
remain in "RS- A- 43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, in which it
is now incorporated, and that the reclassification to "i.M-1200"
RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE- FAI ZONE be Lenied and that the action of
the City Planning Commission in its Resolution 1o. PC77 -196 be
reversed.
