A RESOLUTIOH OF TNE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIII DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABANDON CERT= PUBLIC SERVICE EAS=ENTS.
WT'I.EEAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim Claes
hereby elect to proceea pursuant to the provisions of the Public
Service Easements Vacation Law (Section 50430 et seq., Goverment
Code) in connection with vacation and abandonment of Public ser-
vice easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT :92;]SOLW.D that the City Council
of the City o AnaheiL, does hereby declare its intention to va-
cate, abandon, and close to Public use the followinc describcc'.
public service easement(s), to wit:
That certain public utility easement located along
the southerly boundary of that parcel of land loca-
ted southwesterly of the terminus of Gretta Lane,
extending from the westerly boundary of said Parcel
to a point 100 feet easterly thereof,
as said easements are shown on a map or plan on file in the Office
of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheird.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
or objecting to said vacation and abandonment will be hoard at a
public hearing to be Held at 3:00 o'clock JP.E., or as soon there-
after as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chaber ii the
City Hall, 204 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheinl, California, on:
November 22, 1977
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall cer-
tify to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the sae
to he published in the Anahei Bulletin, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of November,
1977.
