RESOLUTION NO. 77R- 694
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR DRAINAGE
FACILITIES (GRANT- WARMINGTON BUILDERS).
WHEREAS, Grant Warmington Builders has installed
certain drainage facilities which will benefit other pro-
perties within the Local Drainage Area; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Reimbursement
Agreement" has been prepared whereby Grant- Warmington Builders
may be reimbursed for all or a portion of the cost of the
drainage facilities; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Agreement
are acceptable to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to enter such Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and
City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this
