A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON
iENT OF A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT ADJACENT
TO THE EAST SIDE OF SCOUT TRAIL STREET.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
by resolution, duly posted and published, give notice of its in-
tention to vacate and abandon the public street or alley herein
after described; and
WHEREAS, on the 27th day of March, 1979. a public
hearing was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence
concerning said proposed vacation and abandonment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find, from the evidence submitted, that the public street or
alley hereinafter specifically described is unnecessary for pres-
ent or prospective public street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation and aban-
donment of those certain public utility easements contiguous to
the east side of Scout Trail Street, more specifically described
as follows:
That portion of those certain public utility ease-
ments located in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, lying within Lots 58
and 63 of Tract No. 9750, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 4J7, pages 28 through 31, i
Maps, records of said Orange County, described as
follows:
"PARCEL ONE:
The westerly eight (3) feet of Lot 63 in Tract No.
9750.
Excepting therefrom any portion thereof lying south-
erly of the northerly terminus of the arc of a
curve at the southwest corner of said lot concave
northeasterly and having a radius of 18.00 feet, as
shown on said map of said Tract.
PARCEL TWO:
The westerly, northwesterly and northerly eight (8)
feet of Lot 58, in said Tract No. 9750.

Excepting therefrom any portion thereof lying south-
erly of the northerly terminus of the arc of a curve
at the southwest corner of said lot concave northeast-
erly and having a radius of 18.00 feet, as shown on
the map of said Tract No. 9750.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this Resolution and Order, attested by her under the seal of the
City of Anaheim, to be recorded in the Office of the County Re-
corder of Orange County, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 27 h d., of March, 1979.
