A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING A REVOLVING FUND AND
AUTHORIZING THE ADVANCE THEREFROM OF FUNDS
FOR EXPENSES FOR CITY PERSONNEL WHO ARE RE-
QUIRED TO BE AWAY FROM THE CITY ON CITY
BUSINESS OR TO ATTEND CONFERENCES, OR TO
CONDUCT CITY BUSINESS WITHIN THE CITY; AND
SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NOS. 68R -185 and 77R -461.
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that it is frequently necessary for City employees and
personnel to make trips away from the City and to incur
expenses in connection with City business; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said employees
should not be required to advance their own funds to cover
such expenses when they are traveling away from the City of
Anaheim on City business, and conducting business within the
City, and that some provision should be made whereby funds
may be available to cover the reasonable and necessary
expenses of such employees and personnel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that there be, and there is hereby,
created and established a revolving fund to be known and
designated as The Advance Expense Account Fund for the purpose
of providing funds for the advance to City employees and
personnel of reasonable and necessary expenses to be incurred
by them in making trips away from the City of Anaheim on
necessary City business or to attend conferences and conduct-
ing City business within the City or for other purposes which
may from time to time be authorized by the City Council.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there be deposited
from the General Fund in said revolving fund the sum of
$5,000.00 and that there be transferred from time to time such
amounts as may be necessary to maintain a balance of 55,000.00
in said revolving fund.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the foregoing
resolutions shall, and do, supersede Resolution Nos. 68R -185
and 77R -461.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of
March 1979.
