A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABANDON A CERTAIN PUBLIC STREET AND ALLEY
AND FIXING A DATE FOR A FEARI`;G =PEON.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to proceed under the provisions of the Street
Vacation Act of 1941 (Section 8300 et seq., Streets and Highway
Code) in connection with requests for vacation and abandonment
of public streets located within the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to
vacate, abandon and close to public use the following described
street and alley, to wit:
1. That certain easement for street purposes,
irrevocably offered, one foot in width, located
contiguous to the west side of Westchester Drive,
extending from Lincoln Avenue to a point approxi-
mately 530 feet southerly thereof; and
2. That portion of certain easement for street pur-
poses, irrevocably offered, one foot in width,
located contiguous to the west side of that
certain public alley which alley extends north
from Del Monte Drive, approximately 330 feet
west of Westchester Drive, said portion to be
abandoned extending from a point approximately
210 feet north of Del Monte Drive to the north-
erly end of said alley,
as said street and alley are shown on a map or plan on file in the
Office of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
or objecting to said vacation and abandonment will be heard at a
public hearing to be held at 3:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon there-
after as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chamber in the
City Hall, 204 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the same to be
published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed, published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th •ay February, 1979.
