RIGHT-OF-WAY ALIGN
AVENUE BETWEEN FAREOR BOULEVARD AND
OLIVE ST77ET wITH.TH THE CITY OF ANAHEIT.J.
IN ACCORDANCE WIT EXHIBITS "A" AND "7"
WHERES, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore adoPted Resolution No. 77R-65 establishing the Feneral
right-of-way alignment for Lincoln Avenue and various other
streets within RedevPlopment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore certified
to the preparation and consideration of Environmental Impact
Report Nos. 140, 133, and 199 relating to the alignment of said
streets; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
public interest, welfare, and necessity to adopt a precise
right-of-way alignment for a portion of Lincoln Avenue at this
time as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, Ti EREFORE, 27 IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does hereby adopt a Precise
Right-of-Way Alignment for Lincoln Avenue between Harbor
Boulevard and Olive Street within the City of Anaheim as legally
described on Exhibit "A" and diagramed on Exhibit "E.," which
exhibits are attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference as if set forth in full.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was signed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 30th day of
January 1979.

Legal Description of Lincoln Avenue Precise Alignment between Harbor
Boulevard and Olive Street, Anaheim, prepared for the Anaheim Rede-
velopment Agency
A strip of land 110.00 feet wide for the realignment of Lincoln Avenue be-
tween Harbor Boulevard and Olive Street in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California over those portions of Vineyard Lots E -5,
D -5, D -3 and portions of Town Lots 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27 and 28 as per
maps recorded in Book 1, Pages 550 and 551 of Miscellaneous Records in
Book 17, Page 72 of said Miscellaneous Records, in Book 4, Pages 629 and
630 of Deeds and in Book 34, Page 592 of Deeds, all in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, the centerline of said strip of
land being described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Harbor Boulevard (formerly
Palm Street) with the centerline of Lincoln Avenue (formerly Centre Street)
as said intersection is monumented by the City of Anaheim and shown in the
Anaheim City Engineer's Tie Book 41, Page 98; thence North 75° 27' 56" East
along the Easterly prolongation of that portion of the centerline of said Lin-
coln Avenue lying Westerly of said Harbor Boulevard, 101.40 feet to the be-
ginning of a curve concave Northwesterly having a radius of 1000.00 feet;
thence Northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 25° 40' 52"
an are length of 448.22 feet; thence North 49° 47' 04" East, 384.90 feet to the
beginning of a curve concave Southeasterly having a radius of 1000.00 feet;
thence Northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 19° 45' 23"
an arc distance of 344.81 feet; thence North 69° 32' 27" East, 708.16 feet
to the beginning of a curve concave Southerly having a radius of 2000.00
feet being tangent to a line parallel with and 55.00 feet Northerly of the Nor-
therly line of Blocks F and G of said Map recorded in Book 34, Page 592 of Deeds;
thence Northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of
5° 53' 43" an arc distance of 205.78 feet; thence along said parallel line North
75° 26' 10" East, 521.60 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Southerly
having a radius of 1000.00 feet; thence Easterly along said curve through
central angle of 12° 32' 14" an arc distance of 218.82 feet; thence North
87° 58' 24" East, 110.37 feet to a point in the centerline of Olive Street as
shown on said map recorded in Book 4, Pages 629 and 630 of Deeds, said
point being distant 17.80 feet measured South 14° 28' 37" East along said
centerline of Olive Street from the intersection of last said centerline with the
centerline of Chartres Street (formerly Esplanade Avenue) as monumented
by said City of Anaheim and shown in the Anaheim City Engineer's Tie Book
44, Page 104.
