1979-029WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of certain
property consisting of an abandoned well site and an easement for
ingress and egress thereto located generally on the west side of
Western Avenue, north of Lincoln Avenue within the City of Anaheim,
California, and as more particularly described on Exhibit "A,"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as if
set forth in full (hereinafter "property and
WHEREAS, the fair market value of said property has been
determined to be $1,500.00 by a qualified real estate appraisal;
and
WHEREAS, the City has received an offer from Mr. and
Mrs. Don Heydendahl to purchase said property for the sum of
$1,500.00; and
purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the City of Anaheim hereby accepts said
offer and approves the sale of said property to Mr. and Mrs. Don
Heydendahl for the sum of $1,500.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute a grant deed for the
conveyance of said property upon receipt of said sum by the City.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of January
1979.
