A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING CO NDITIONAL USE PERJIT
TO. 4 +23.
WHEREAS, the City Council did, by Resolution. 'o. 63R -587,
grant Conditional Use Permit No. 420; and
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested termination of
said Conditional Use Permit 1`!o. 423.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does hereby terminate Conditional Use
Permit No. 428.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of ay, 1979.
