WHerEAS, the Human Resources Director bm~ rec~tm~ded in a staff
report dated August 30, 1991, that the classifications of Community
Development Specialist and Graphic Designer be created, effective August
30, 1991; al%d
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 91R-49 which established rates of compensation for classes assigned to
the General Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal E~ployees
Association; and
WH~qEAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. That, effective August 30, 1991 through October 10, 1991, the
basic compensation plan for all officers and e~ployees of the City of
Anaheim who are now ~L~loyed or will in the future be ~Lgloyed in the
classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

2. That, effective October 11, 1991 through October 8, 1992, the
basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the city of
Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the
classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

3. That, effective October 9, 1992 through October 7, 1993, the

Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be ~loyed in the
classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

BE IT ~W3RTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment
to Resolution No. 9/1%-49 is August 30, 1991.
AND, BE IT ~T~TH~R RESOLVED that all provisions of the Memorandum
of Understanding, dated Fek~ry 25, 1991, between the city of Anaheim and
the General Unit of the Anaheim Municipal E~ployees Association apply to
the foregoing classification.
AND, BE IT FUR5~5~ RESOLVED that except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 9LR-49 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUI~ON is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 10thday of September, 1991.
