1967-214RESOLUTION NO. 67R- 214 A RESOLUTIOa OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAIIEI A iLNDI dG RESOLUTION NO. 64R-44 IN RECLASSIFICATIOJ NO. 63 -64 -58 WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on January 28, 1964, adopt Resolution No. 64R -44 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 63 -64 -58 finding and determining that the property and area therein described should be changed from R -A, RESIDENTIAL- AGRICULTURAL ZONE, to R -3, i ULTIPLE- FA=LY RESIDEN TIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions set forth in said Resolution; and WHEREAS, tine City Council did thereafter, to wit, on December 1, 1964, adopt Resolution i o. 64R -885 amending condi- tions Nos. 6 and 8 of Resolution No. 64„ --44 in Reclassification No. 63- 64 -58; and WHEREAS, it is now apparent tnat the owner desires to develop the land described in Reclassification Proceedings No. 63 -64 -58 as a single family subdivision with lots with single family dwellings to be placed on parcels of land approximately 6,000 square feet in area; and WHEREAS, the owner of the aforementioned land described in the aforementioned reclassification has heretofore, to wit, on i-larch 24, 1966, received approval of Variance No. 1770 to construct single family dwellings on parcels of real property approximately 6,600 square feet in area, but only in accordance with the conditions of Variance No. 1770. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim tnat Resolution No. 64;- -44 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 63 -64 -58 be, and the same is, hereby amended by removing and eliminating all of the conditions of the aforemen- tioned resolution anu inserting the following conditions 1. 'Tat a final tract map of subject property shall be submitted to the City Council for approval and then recorded in the Office of the Orange County Recorder. 2. That subject property shall be developed substan- tially in accoruance .;itn plans anu specifications on file witn the City of Anaheim, marked. Lxiiibit ho 1, and filed in connection with Variance io. 1776. 3. That on each lot in t ie ,_>ro -)osea subdivision .,;f be constructed only one uetacr.ee si.�gle- farnill> dwelliii<g unit witn accessory buildings, in eccorc a 1cE with section 18.23.820 (a) of the Anaheim uriicipal Code. 4.
