1967-175RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING SHOULD BE AMENDED AND THAT THE BOUNDARIES OF CERTAIN ZONES SHOULD BE CHANGED. That development of subject property shall be in conformity witn Site Development Standards of tile C-1 L;one, and with Council policy of a 33-foot building setback on Lincoln Avenue, :Drior to final building and zoning inspections. 6. That Conditions Nos. 1(b), 2 and 3 above-mentioned shall be complied with witnin a period of 123 days from date hereof or eucn further time as tne City Council may grant.
