A RESOLUTION OF TILE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM MENDING RESOLUTION NO.
65R -273 GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 677.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
April 6, 1965, adopt Resolution No. 65R -273 granting Conditional
Use Permit No. 677 permitting the establishment of a service
station on a portion of the property therein described, subject
to certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 4 of Resolution No. 65R -273
reads as follows;
°'4. That the northerly 50 feet, approximately, of
Parcel 2 shall be landscaped, and that said
landscaping shall be subject to the approval of
the Superintendent of Parkway Maintenance.
AND WHEREAS, the agent for the owners of subject prop-
erty has requested that said Condition No. 4 be deleted from said
resolution in order to permit the establishment of a dry cleaning
pick -up station on the northerly portion of Parcel No. 2 of sub-
ject property, and
WHEREAS, the City Council did direct the City Clerk to
set said request for public hearing by the City Council on
March 21, 1967; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk did set said request for public
hearing by the City Council on said date, and did give due notice
thereof as required by law and the provisions of Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such hearing
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to
be heard and did receive evidence and reports; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find, after careful
consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing,
that Condition No. 4 should be deleted from said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that Resolu-
tion No. 65R -273 should be amended to provide that said dry clean-
ing pick -up station be developed in accordance with plans this day
submitted to the City Council and in accordance with C -1 Site
Development Standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 65R -273 granting Condi-
tional Use Permit No. 677 be, and the same is hereby amended
as follows:
1. That Condition No. 4 be, and the same is hereby
deleted from said resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 65R -273 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 21st day of March, 1967.

2. That an additional condition be, and the same is
hereby added to said resolution, reading as follows:
"That the dry cleaning pick -up station to be con-
structed on the northerly portion of Parcel No. 2
of subject property shall be developed in accordance
with plans submitted to the City Council on this
date (March 21, 1967), and on file with the City of
Anaheim, and in accordance with C -1 Site Development
Standards."
