1968-091WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FREDRICKS DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, a corporation, to sell to the City of Anaheim the
following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, to be used for easements
for road and public utility purposes, and more particularly de-
scribed as follows:
RESOLUTION NO. 68R- 91
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across those portions of Lot 12,
Block 36, Yorba Linda Tract, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 5, pages 17 and 18 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of
Richfield Road with the centerline of La Palma Avenue,
formerly known as Walnut Street; thence East along the
said centerline of said La Palma Avenue, a distance of 70
feet; thence North 53 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 25 feet, a
radial line bearing South passes through the point of be-
ginning of said curve; thence Westerly and Northwesterly
along said curve through a central angle of 90° 00' 00"
an arc distance of 39.27 feet; thence West a distance of
45 feet; thence South a distance of 78 feet to the point
of beginning.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for road and public utility pur-
poses over, under and across that portion of Lot 12,
Block 36, Yorba Linda Tract, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 5, pages 17 and 18 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of La
Palma Avenue, formerly known as Walnut Street, with the
centerline of Fee Ana Street; thence West along the said
centerline of said La Palma Avenue a distance of 47 feet;
thence North 53 feet to the beginning of a curve concave

Northwesterly and having a radius of 15 feet, a radial
line bearing South passes through the point of beginning
of said curve; thence Easterly and Northeasterly along
said curve through a central angle of 90° 00' 00" an arc
distance of 23.56 feet; thence East a distance of 32 feet;
thence South a distance of 68 feet to the point of begin-
ning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
