1967-690RESOLUTION NO. 67R -690 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes and WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha Ve offered to sell and convey the same to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of DONALD E. PIEROTTI and ALICE JEAN PIEROTTI, husband and wife, to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes and more particularly described as follows: An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across that portion of the South half of the South half of Lot 41 of Hazard's Subdivision as shown on a map recorded in Book 1, page 26 of Record of Surveys, records of Orange County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said South half of the South half of Lot 41; thence South 0° 37' 09" East, 45 feet; thence South 89° 19' 51" West, parallel to the north line of said South half of the South half of Lot 41, a distance of 810.01 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence Westerly and Southerly along said curve through a central angle of 89° 52' 51" an arc distance of 39.22 feet to a point on a line that is parallel with and distant 45 feet Easterly of the center line of Jefferson Street; thence South 0° 33' 00" East, along said parallel line, 185.91 feet; thence South 89° 19' 51" West, 15.50 feet; thence North 0 33' 00" West, to an intersection with said north line of the South half of the South half of Lot 41; thence North 89° 19' 51" East, along said north line, a distance of 850.41 feet to the point of beginning. be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey- ance of said property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
