A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING
PERMIT TO MORRIS DOMINO TO MOVE A DWELL-
ING FROM 329 VIA LIDO SOUD, NEWPORT BEACH,
CALIFORNIA, TO 17872 PERALTA HILLS DRIVE,
ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, MORRIS DOMINO, having filed a written appli-
cation for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from
329 Via Lido Soud, Newport Beach, California, to 17872 Peralta
Hills Drive, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 12th day of December, 1967, at the hour of 1:30
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons resid-
ing within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building or
structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the last
available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an oppor-
tunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered
said application for a house moving permit, together with all
evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith, does
find that said permit should be granted, subject to the follow-
ing conditions:
1. That a Parcel Map showing the division of the
original 6.11 -acre parcel into separate parcels,
as approved by the City Engineer, shall be
recorded in the Office of the Orange County
Recorder.
2. That the proposed 40 -foot drive, which will
connect the newly created parcels, shall be
improved to Peralta Hills standards as adopted
by the City of Anaheim.
If this is to be a private drive, a mutual ingress
and egress easement and maintenance agreement will
also have to be accomplished by all property
owners involved.
If said 40 -foot drive is to be dedicated to the
City of Anaheim, then both the dedication and
improvement to Peralta Hills standards, as
adopted by the City, will be required.
3. That the Peralta Hills Drive Frontage of the
entire original parcel shall be improved to
Peralta Hills standards, as adopted by the City,
prior to the issuance of a building permit on
any new parcel; provided, however, that said

requirement shall be waived upon the posting
with the City of a faithful performance bond
in an amount to be determined by the City
Engineer, or upon the payment to the City of
a cash bond, in an amount to be determined by
the City Engineer, to guarantee said street
improvements, and upon the execution of an agree-
ment with the City providing that the City of
Anaheim shall be responsible for the installa-
tion of street improvements at such time as
deemed necessary by the City.
4. That public utility easements, as determined by
the City to be necessary to serve the property,
shall be dedicated to the City of Anaheim prior
to the issuance of a building permit.
5. That construction shall be completed within a
reasonable time, to be determined by the City
Attorney, or this house moving permit shall be
revoked.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of said Morris Domino
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 329 Via
Lido Soud, Newport Beach, California, to 17872 Peralta Hills
Drive, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby granted,
subject to the conditions hereinabove set forth, and subject
further to compliance with all of the provisions of Title 15,
Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the
moving of buildings from a point outside the City of Anaheim
to a point within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of December, 1967.
