1967-666RESOLUTION NO, 67R- 666 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes and WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sell and convey the same to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of ANALEIL k4EMORIAL HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION, a California corporation, to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for ,an easement for road and public utility purposes and more particularly described as follows: PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across the Southerly 53 feet, as measured at right angles to the centerline of La Palma Avenue, and the East- erly 32 feet, as measured at right angles to the centerline of West Street, of that portion of Section 4, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as said Section is indicated on a Llap recorded in Book 51, pag. 10 of Lliscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of said Section 4, with the centerline of that unnamed street adjoining Lot 10 of the iii1es Rancho on the West, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 7 of Miscellaneous •a9s, records of said Orange County, thence North 959.00 feet along said centerline to the ri9tht of way of the Anaheim Union Water Copanr; thence South- westerly 562.70 feet along tie said right of way to the East- erly line of Tract IA). 161, as ;er Ia reconfzed in Book 52, pages 13 and 19 of Liscellancous Las, records of sait Count7; thcnee Soutn 731.60 feet along sai Easter17 line to the South line of said Section: thence East 515.40 feet to the Tpoint of beginning. PARCEL TO An easement for road and public utility puroses over, under and across tat portion of Section 4, Townshi2 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as said Section is indicated on a 2ap recorded in 30cik 51, Ipa(je 10 of liscellaneous Ztaps, records of said Orange County, described as follows: Leginning at Lae intersection of the centerline Of West Street and La Palma Avenue, as shown on a ilap of Tract No. 1691, re- corded in Book 52, pages 13 and 19 of iyliscellaneous records of said County; thence North 39° 45' 22" West along the centerline of La Palma Avenue, a distance of 47.23 feet thence North 0° 14' 38" Last a distance of 33 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 15 feet, a radial•line bearing Soutn 0° 14' 38" West passes through tie point of beginning of said curve; thence Northerly and Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 90° 11' 25" an arc distance of 23.61 feet, thence South U9° 56' 47" East a distance of 32 feet to an intersection with the centerline of said West Street; thence South 0° 03' 13" West along the said centerline of West Street a distance of 68.16 feet to the point of begin- ning. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
