A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of UNIVERSITY HILL FOUNDA-
TION, a California corporation,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the following described parcels of land:
PARCEL ONE: The Southerly 30.00 feet of the Northeast quarter
of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 3,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Ana, as per Map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 10 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said County.
EXCEPTING the Southerly 22.00 feet lying within the existing
right of way of Commercial Street.
PARCEL TWO: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said
Section 3; thence North 00° 03' 00" West along the Easterly line
of said Southwest quarter, a distance of 55.06 feet; thence
North 89° 58' 15" West to the point of intersection with a line
that is parallel with and 30.00 feet West of the East line of
the Southwest quarter of said Section 3, said point being the
beginning of a curve tangent to said parallel line and concave
Northwesterly, having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence Southerly
and Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 90° 04'
45 an arc distance of 39.30 feet; thence South 00° 03' 00"
East 30.00 feet, more or less, to the intersection with the
Southerly line of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
of the Southwest quarter of said Section 3; thence Easterly
along said Southerly line 55.06 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING the Southerly 22.00 feet lying within the existing
right of way of Commercial Street and the Easterly 30.00 feet
lying within the right of way of Patt Street.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
