1967-634RESOLUTION NO. 67R- 634 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED COvVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES. WHEREAS, ABRAHAM EIDELSON and YONA EIDELSON, husband and wife, are the owners of the hereinafter described real prop- erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California; and WHEREAS, said owners have offered to sell said property to the City of Anaheim for the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration; and WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that public convenience and necessity require the purchase and acqui- sition of said real property for municipal purposes, and that the price which the owners thereof are willing to accept is fair and reasonable. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of ABRAHAM EIDELSON and YONA EIDELSON, husband and wife, to sell to the City of Anaheim all that real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of the North half of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, partly in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana and partly in the Rancho Las Bolsas, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, described as follows: Commencing at the center line intersection of Katella Avenue and Harbor Boulevard, as shown on a Map filed in Book 76, page 3 of Record of Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County; thence South 1 20' 55" East along the center line of Harbor Boulevard a distance of 1316.01 feet to a point of intersection with the North line of said North half of said Southeast quarter of said Northwest quarter, said point also being the true point of beginning; thence continuing along the center line of Harbor Boulevard, South 1 20' 55" East a distance of 386.03 feet;. thence South 89° 46' 15" West a distance of 60.01 feet; thence North 1 20' 55" West a distance of 306.57 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 25 feet; thence Northerly and Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 88 50' 7" an arc distance of 38.76 feet; thence South 89° 48' 58" West a distance of 1243.29 feet; thence North 1° 5' 00" West a distance of 55.01 feet; thence North 89° 48' 58" East a distance of 1327.54 feet to the true point of beginning. for the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable considera- tion, be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a con- veyance of said property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance be, and he is hereby authorized to pay to the owners of said property the sum of $1.00.
