AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and incorporated in R- H- 10,000, RESIDENTIAL
HILLSIDE, LOW DENSITY, SINGLE FAMILY ZONE, upon the following
conditions:
1. That a preliminary title report shall be furnished
to the City of Anaheim, prior to the adoption of
an ordinance rezoning the property, showing legal
vesting of title, legal description, and containing
a map of the property.
2. That ordinances reclassifying subject property
shall be adopted as and when each parcel is ready
to comply with conditions pertaining to such
parcel; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the word "parcel"
shall mean presently existing parcels of record
and any parcel or parcels approved by the City
Council for a lot split.
3. That a Final Tract Map of subject property shall be
submitted to the City Council for approval, and then

recognized that, because of the topography, many of the
areas may support more intensified housing and this finding
is not intended to indicate that R- H- 10,000 zoning is the
only use to which these properties may be put; and it is
hereby specified that certain areas may be capable of higher
density zoning upon meeting the conditions of zoning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit to
the City Council an ordinance amending Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code to accomplish the objects herein found and deter-
mined to be necessary and proper.
