1967-543 --- f~ RESOLUTION NO. 67R-5i43 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COtniCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DENYING COND~TIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 960 WHEREAS, the City Planning Cqmmission of 'the City of Anaheim did receive a request for a c~nditional use permit from VOGE, INC., 7601 Crenshaw Boulevard, Dos F~geles, California, to permit on-sale beer and wine in a 2roposed restaurant, to be located on the l:)roper'ty hereinafter described, with a waiver of: the 6 --foot masonry wall requirement to the rear 0:1: the required setback plantinq striD (Section l8.40.070(2-a-4) of the Anaheim 10unicipai Code): That saicl. property is situated in the City of: l.naheirn, County of Orange, State of California, and is more particularly described as follows: That ;;.;ortion of rIot 16 of Anaheim Extension, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a nl.ap of survey made by \.o7illiam Hamel and filed in the office of the County Recorder of Las i;ngeles County, Califor- nia, a copy of which is shown in Book 3, page 163, et seg, entitle6. "Los fulgeles County Ilaps, n records of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the center line of South Street, "1orth 740 36' OS" East 111.50 feet from the northwest corner of the land conveyed by deed recorded October 28, 1947 in 300k 1590, page 187 0:1: Official Records, said corner being South 740 36' 05"iiest 373.10 feet from the intersection of said center line with the center line of Placentia Avenue; thence South 150 45' 25:1 East 138.75 feet, parallel with the Hest line of said land to the north\vesterly line of the land described in the deed to William H.
