A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2006 -219 NUNC PRO TUNC WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS ASSIGNED TO THE INTERNATIONAL
BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS, LOCAL 47
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director recommended in a staff report dated
September 26, 2006, that Resolution No. 2006 -219 be amended in the manner hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, Resolution No. 2006 -219 reflected
an inaccurate salary relationship for the new classification of Utilities Systems Operator -in-
Training; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the creation of this
new classification and assignment to International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47,
is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that,
effective September 26, 2006, the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the
City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classification
listed below shall be allocated to the following Salary Grade in the Salary Grade Master:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the correction to Resolution 2006 -219 set forth herein
shall be deemed to be in effect as of the date of adoption of Resolution 2006 -219.
