AMENDING RESOLI/I~ON NO. 91R-49 WHI(~ ESTABLISHED RATES OF
CC~P~SATION FOR CIASSES ASSIGNED TO THE GENERAL UNIT
REPRES~v£~D BY THE ANAHE~4 MUNICIPAL ~_OY~ ASSOCIATION
WHiP'AS, the Human Resources Director has reccmm~nded in a
staff report dated April 28, 1992, that Resolution No. 91R-49 be amended
in the mara~er hereinafter set forth, effective May 8, 1992; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
l~solution No. 91R-49 which established rates of c~-alsation for classes
assigned to the General Unit represented by the Anaheim Munioipal
Employees Association; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim as follows:
1. That, effective May 8, 1992 through October 8, 1992, the
basic c~am_~ation plan for all officers and employees of the City of
Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be er,~ployed in the
classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

Forensic Specialist II 2234 A-E 1.200 x Identification
Technician II
That, effective October 9, 1992 through October 7, 1993, the
basic cc~pensation plan for all officers and ~wployees of the City of
Anaheim who are now e~ployed or will in the future be employed in the
classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said
amendment to R~solution NO. 91R-49 is May 8, 1992.
AND, BE IT ~ RESOLV~I) that all provisions of the Memorandum
of Understanding, dated Fei~xlary 25, 1991, between the city of Anaheim and
the General Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees
Association apply to the foregoing classification.
AND, BE IT ~ RESOLVED, that except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 9LR-49 shall r~in in full force and effect.
THE FORBGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 5th day of May, 1992.
