RESOLUTION NO. f7R-386
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY tOUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DETERMINING THE NECESSITY FOR AND
DIRECTING THE ACQUISITION! BY EMINENT DOMAIN
OF REAL PROPERTY FOR SEWE~ EASEMENT AND
PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. j
WHEREAS, public convenienle and neO$~sity require
the acquisition of certain real pro~erty withirl the City of
Anaheim for the following purposes, !to wit: sewer easement
and public utility purposes; and .
WHEREAS, the City Council!does find and determine
that public interest and necessity *equire the acquisition of
all that certain real property, her,in described, by the City
of Anaheim for sewer easement and p*blic utility purposes.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES!LVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that public nterest and necessity re-
quire the acquisition of that certa n real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of 0 ange, State of California,
more particularly described as follqws, to wit:
PARCEL 1:
An easement for public utility jpurposes, including a
sanitary sewer easement over, 1nd, er and across a strip
of land 15.00 feet in width, bing a portion of Lots
Three and Six of the DOmingUez. ~Estate, as per Map filed
in Book 2, page 15 of Record 0 Surveys in the office
of the County Recorder of Oran e County, California,
lying within the City of Anahe'm and County of Orange,
California, the northerly line 'of said 15 foot strlp
being described as follows: .

Beginning at a point in the We~terly line of Lot 3 of
said Dominguez Estate, said po~nt being 384.41 feet
North of the centerline of San a Ana Canyon Road, 60
feet wide, as shown on a Map 0 file in the office of
the County Recorder of said Co nty, as measured along
the Westerly line of said Lot ~; said Westerly line
also being the centerline of O~d Placentia Yorba Road,
as shown on plans entitled "Plajn and Profile of
Placentia-Yorba Road II, on file ,in the office of the
County Recorder of said CountY;i thence South 830 46'
57" East 230.68 feet to the Weslt right of way line of
Imperial Highway, as described jin the deed to the State
of California, recorded in BOO~. 2441, page 84 of
Official Records of Orange Cou ty, California; thence

ened or shortened as the case ~y be to coincide at all
