BY EMINENT DOMAIN OF REAL PROPERTY FOR SEWE~ EASEMENT AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. j WHEREAS, public convenienle and neO$~sity require the acquisition of certain real pro~erty withirl the City of Anaheim for the following purposes, !to wit: sewer easement and public utility purposes; and . WHEREAS, the City Council!does find and determine that public interest and necessity *equire the acquisition of all that certain real property, her,in described, by the City of Anaheim for sewer easement and p*blic utility purposes.
