RESOLUTION NO. 6tR- 382
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY C~UNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING ~E CORPORATION
GRANT DEED OF ALLO CONSTRU ION CORPORATION
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT NG THE RECORDATION
OF SAID CORPORATION GRANT EED.
~VHEREAS, the City Council ~'f the City of Anaheim has
heretofore authorized the condemnati n of a portion of Section 9,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in he Rancho San Juan Cajon de
Santa Ana; and
~iHEREAS, the owners of sai4 land, the Allo Construction
Corporation has offered to sell said !land to the City of Anaheim
in lieu of having the came condemned,! and
liHEREAS, the City Council gid, on July 5, 1967, by its
motion approve the purchase of said land from said Corporation;
and
tlliEREAS, the City is in re~eipt of a duly executed
Corporation Grant Deed to said prope~ty, executed by Allo Con-
struction Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council ~inds that it is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim to ccept said deed and have
the same recorded in the office of t e County Recorder of Orange
County. !

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESO~D by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it authorizel and order and it does here-
by authorize and order the City Clerkl to record said Corporation
Grant Deed of Allo Construction Corpo~ation, covering the
following described property:
All that real property situated ~n the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of califprnia, described as
follows:

That portion of Section 9, Towns~ip 4 South, Range 10
West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajpn de Santa Ana,
described as follows:

Beginning at the Northwest corne~' of Lot 3, as shown
on a Map filed in Book 1, page 5 of Record of Surveys,
in the office of the County Reco der of Orange County;
thence East along the North line! of said lot, to the
Northeast corner thereof; thencetsouth along the East
line of said lot, 386.05 feet; t ence West, parallel
to the North line of said lot, t the West line of said
lot; thence North 386.05 feet alpng said West line to
the point of beginning.

No. 2530, as shown on a map recorded in Book 102,
