WBERBAS, Pacific Air I~du.tries, Inc. has .u~tted
to Boyle Engineering, the engine r hired by the City to design
the ~lDUt Canyon Reservoir, a p oposal to photograpb tba re.er-
voir to determine the quantities ,of eartb. which have bee. DlOved
and supply to the City a report ~ndicatiag the quantitiel of
earth which have been DlOved, upoq. the terms and conclitioas and
for the compensation set forth in said proposal; and
WHEREAS, a form of agr~ement has this day been
submitted to the City Council to ibe made and entered into
between the City and said Pacifiq Air Industries, Inc.,
providing for the acceptance by ~he City of said proposal,
a copy of which is attached to s.id agreement and made a part
thereof, upon tile terms and cond~tions set forth therein; and
WHEDAS, the City Counqil finds that said agreement
is satisfactory and should be approved.
NOW THEUFOBE BE IT fOLVED by the City Council
of the City 01 Anaheim that the areement this day subllitted
to the City Council to be made a d entered into by and be-
tween the City of Anaheim and Paqific Air Industries, Inc.,
providing as follows:

The proposal submitted~to Boyle Engineeri-s, the
engiaeer hired by the \joity to design the walnut
Canyon Reservoir, is htreby accepted by tile ~ity.
A copy of said proposa is marked Exhibit .~. I
and is attached hereto I and incorporated herein
as though set forth in. full hereat.
The City agrees to payiPacific Air Industries
for the topographic mal'ing the sum of Twenty-
seven Hundred Dollars ,2,700.00), plus app. li-
cable sales tax. The ity agrees to pay Pacific
Air Industries an addi iemal sum of Fifteen
Hundred Dollars ~$l,50 .00) for the earthwork
quantity report.'

u. S. Geological Survey topographic m~ps. Maps shall show plani-
metric features, roads, streets, railr~ads, bridges, canals,

buildings, trees, and any other improvjements or distinctive

Final maps will conform to standard lpaccuracies for photo-
grammetric mapping as specified by t U. S. Department of
Commerce, Bureau of Public Roads, i e.

A. The plotted position of all Coo~'dinate grid ticks and
all monuments, except bench arks, shall not vary
more than 0.01 inch from thei calculated positions.
B. At least 90% of all well definec1l planimetric features
shown on the maps shall be within 0.033 inch of their
true position, and all shall be ~ithin O. 066 inch of their
true position.
C. At least 900/0 of all contours shtll be. within one (1)
foot of true elevation, and all ~ontour s shall be
within two (2) feet of true elev~tion.
Any contour which can be brou~ht within the specified
