DlOved and supply to the City a report ~ndicatiag the quantitiel of earth which have been DlOved, upoq. the terms and conclitioas and for the compensation set forth in said proposal; and WHEREAS, a form of agr~ement has this day been submitted to the City Council to ibe made and entered into between the City and said Pacifiq Air Industries, Inc., providing for the acceptance by ~he City of said proposal, a copy of which is attached to s.id agreement and made a part thereof, upon tile terms and cond~tions set forth therein; and WHEDAS, the City Counqil finds that said agreement is satisfactory and should be approved.
