RESOLUTION NO. 82R-151
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CERTAIN DEED AND ORDER-
ING ITS RECORDATION.

WHEREAS, a certain deed has b~en presented to the City of
Anaheim as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, said deed having bee~ determined to be correct
in both form and substance, the City Co~ncil finds that it is in
the best interests of the City of Anahetm to accept said deed and
to order its recordation. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEQ by the City Council. of the
City of Anaheim that the following deed be, and it is hereby, ac-
cepted by the City:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized and directed to cause the foregoing deed to be
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of r1ar,.ch, ,1982.
