A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION 92R-209,
NUNC PRO TUNC, RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did, on
September 29, 1992, adopt Resolution No. 92R-209; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, an
incomplete legal description of the property was stated in said
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City desires, and the public interest and
general welfare requires, that said error be corrected nunc pro
tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 92R-209 be, and the same is
hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, by amending the legal description of
that certain property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, to read as follows:
A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
SHOWN AS PARCEL 1 AND PARCEL 2 OF PARCEL MAP 89-382 AS
SHOWN ON A MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN BOOK 258, PAGES 30 AND
31 OF PARCELMAPS IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF
ORANGE COUNTY, MORE PARTICUI2%RLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID PARCEL 2;
THENCE, SOUTH 89°23'15" WEST, 17.84 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH
LINE OF SAID PARCEL 2 TO THE BEGINNING OF A TANGENT
CURVE, CONCAVE SOUTHERLY, HAVING A RADIUS OF 930.00 FEET;
THENCE, WESTERLY ALONG SAID CURVE THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE
OF 14°34'34", AN ARC DISTANCE OF 236.59 FEET TO THE
BEGINNING OF A NON-TANGENT LINE; THENCE, SOUTH 89o24'08"
WEST, 606.37 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID PARCEL
2; THENCE, NORTH 0°36'15" EAST, 353.13 FEET ALONG THE
WEST LINE OF SAID PARCEL 2 TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
PARCEL 2; THENCE, SOUTH 86'56'46" EAST, 439.89 FEET;
THENCE, NORTH 0'36'15" EAST, 373.00 FEET TO THE NORTH
LINE OF PARCEL 1; THENCE, NORTH 88°21'28" EAST, 279.08
FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID PARCEL 1; THENCE,
SOUTH 0°38'56" EAST, 322.06 FEET ALONG THE EAST LINE OF
SAID PARCEL 1; THENCE, SOUTH 56°13'28" EAST, 158.03 FEET;
THENCE, SOUTH 0°39'20" WEST, 261.83 FEET TO THE POINT OF
BEGINNING.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects, said
Resolution No. 92R-209 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 15th day of December ,
