A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING FEES TO BE CHARGED
BY THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS; it is the policy of the City Council of the City
of Anaheim to provide for the collection of fees to be established
by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has by resolution heretofore
established various fees in the Public Works Department; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to revise
and update said fees at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that fees to be charged and collected by the Public
Works Department shall be as follows:
1. FILING FEES
A. Final Tract Map $ 55.00
B. Tentative Parcel Map $ 275.00
C. Record of Survey $ 25.00
D. Reversion to Acreage $ 135.00
E. Certificate of Compliance $ 55.00
F. Lot Line Adjustment Plat $ 80.00
G. Abandonment $ 250.00
H. Encroachment $ 125.00
2. SERVICE FEES
A. Checking Fee $ 27.00/Hr.
B, Inspection Fee $ 27.00/Hr.
C, Checking and Inspection Deposit

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall super-
sede and rescind all other resolutions whensoever pass ed and
approved by the City Council concerning the collection of the herein-
above specified fees in the Public Works Department of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of April, 1981,
