RES-2006-251RESOLUTION NO. 2006 - 251 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000R -122 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated December 12, 2006, that Resolution No. 2000R -122 be amended in the manner set forth, effective December 15, 2006; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned amendment to Resolution No. 2000R -122, is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2000R- 122 which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Executive Management. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 2000R -122 be amended as follows: 1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R -122 be amended by changing the title of the following classification and allocating it to the salary range shown: From: Classification Salary Range Director of Public Works /City Engineer X ER20 To: Classification Salary Range Director of Public Works X ER20 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2000R -122 is December 15, 2006. AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2000R -122 shall remain in full force and effect.
