A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AREA DEVELOPMENT
PLAN NO. 11 (EXHIBIT "B
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearing to consider Area Development
Plan No. 11, encompassing an area more particularly hereinafter
described, and at said hearing did receive evidence and reports
from persons interested therein and from its staff; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following
the hearing thereon, the Planning Commission did duly announce
by formal resolution its findings of facts and declare its
opinions and reasons for recommending approval of Area Develop-
ment Plan No. 11, Exhibit "B"; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 4th day of
November, 1964, as the time, and the City Council Chambers in
the City Hall in the City of Anaheim as the place for a public
hearing upon said Area Development Plan No. 11; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports and did there-
upon consider the summary of evidence presented at said public
hearing before the Planning Commission, its report of findings
and recommendations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Area Development Plan No. 11, Exhibit "B should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Area Development Plan No. 11, Exhibit
"B", encompassing all the following described area situated in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to
wit:
That certain area bounded on the south by Broadway
street, on the east by Harbor Boulevard, on the
north by the north right of way line of the alley
approximately 178.44 feet north of the north
right of way line of Broadway, and on the west
by Citron Street,
be, and the same is hereby approved, subject to the following
conditions:
1. That any development proposed for subject properties
shall include, as part of the development proposal,
provision for a standard 20 -foot wide alley, with
setbacks adequate to provide for a 25 -foot vehicular
turning radius.
2. That the alley shall be improved to conform with the
limits of the additional dedication, and that the
power poles shall be relocated by the City of Anaheim

to conform to the southerly boundary of the
additional dedication. That said improvements
shall be accomplished subsequent to complete
dedication of the additional 6 feet of alley
right of way.
3 That as development progresses through the
remaining parcels of subject properties, the property
owners shall be encouraged to utilize as few drive-
ways as possible; i.e., if property owners collective-
ly develop their parcels, the number of driveways
which presently exist shall be reduced in order to
minimize the number of possible vehicular conflict
points and still provide adequate vehicular cir-
culation to the parcels. Further, that singly
developed parcels shall be encouraged to arrive
at an agreement with adjacent property owners to
utilize accessways which have been constructed
on abutting properties.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 15th day of December, 1964.

adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 15th

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said resolution on the 15th day of
December, 1964.
