OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY,AND ALLEY AND PUBL I .1•841 S.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for road and public
utility, and_alley and public utility purposes.
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of I:HESIXCOaLimited

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for easements for road and
public utility,andalle and ublic utilit •ur oses

RESOLUTION NO, 64R
PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across that portion of the
Southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South,
Range le West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the center
line of Gilbert Street with the center line of
Crescent Avenue, said point also being the South-
west corner of that parcel of land conveyed by deed
recorded in Book 7000, page 564 on April 10, 1964,
in Official Records; thence North 88 34' 25"
East a distance of 528.26 feet along the center
line of said Crescent Avenue to the East line of
said parcel of land; thence North 0 46' 7" West
along a portion of said East line a distance of
45.00 feet; thence South 88 34' 25" West a distance
of 481.10 feet along a line parallel with the
center line of said Crescent Avenue to the begin-
ning of a tangent curve convave Northeasterly and
having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Westerly
and Northerly along said curve through a central
angle of 90 38' 45" an arc distance of 23.73 feet
to an intersection with a line parallel with and
Easterly 32.00 feet as measured at right angles from
the center line of said Gilbert Street; thence
North 0 46' 50" West a distance of 269.66 feet along
said line to an intersection with the North line of
said parcel; thence South 88 34' 25" West a
distance of 32.00 feet to the center line of
Gilbert Street; thence South 0 46' 50" East along
the center line of said Gilbert Street, a distance
of 329.83 feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for alley and public
utility purposes over, under and across that portion
of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter
of the Northeast quarter of Section 7, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County, described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the
center line of Gilbert Street, with the center
line of Crescent Avenue, said point also being
the Southwest corner of that parcel of land
conveyed by deed recorded in Book 7000, page 564
on April 10 1964 in Official Records; thence
North 0 46' 50" West a distance of 308.83 feet
along the center line of said Gilbert Street
to the true point of beginning; thence continuing
North 0 46' 50" West a distance of 20.00 feet
along the center line of said Gilbert Street to
a point, said point being 1.00 feet South of
the North line of said parcel; thence
North 88 34' 25" East a distance of 527.33
feet parallel with the North line of said parcel
to a point; thence South 0 46' 7" East a
distance of 328.83 feet to a point of inter-
section with the center line of said Crescent
Avenue; thence South 88 34' 25" West a distance
of 20.00 feet along the center line of said
Crescent Avenue to a point; thence North 0 46' 7"
West a distance of 294.83 feet to a point
that is 35.00 feet South, as measured at right angles
from the North line of said parcel; thence
North 46 5' 51" West a distance of 19.69 feet to
a point that is 21.00 feet ;youth, as measured at
right angles from the North line of said parcel;
thence South 88 34' 25" West a distance of
493.33 feet parallel with the North line of said
parcel to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion lying in Parcel0ne.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and th;.t the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
