CONVEYING TO THE CIT

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

PARCEL ONE:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Block G of the Kraemer
Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87
and 88 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the center line intersection of Crowther
Avenue (formerly Placentia -Yorba Road) and Dowling
Avenue; thence South 7 16' 14" East along the center
line of said Dowling Avenue, 1,253.97 feet to the
intersection with the center line of Orangethorpe
Avenue; thence Easterly along said center line of
Orangethorpe Avenue, 133.96 feet; thence Northerly 53
feet (as measured at right angles from the said center
line of Orangethorpe Avenue) to an intersection with
a line parallel with and distant 53 feet Northerly of
said last mentioned center line; thence Westerly along
said parallel line, 28 feet to the beginning of a tan-
gent curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of
25 feet; thence Westerly and Northerly along said curve,
through a central angle of 89 41' 34' an arc distance
of 39.14 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve con-
cave Northeasterly and having a radius of 947 feet;
thence Northerly along said curve, through a central
angle of 9 50' 35" an arc distance of 162.69 feet;
thence North 7 16' 14" West, 917.10 feet to the

beginning of a tangent curve concave Southeasterly
and having a radius of 25 feet; thence Northerly and
Easterly along said curve through a central angle of
99 57' 14" an arc distance of 43.61 feet; thence
South 87 19' 00" East, 298.52 feet; thence North
2 41' 00" East, 45 feet to a point on the center
line of Crowther Avenue, said point being South 87
19' 00" East, 390 feet from the point of beginning;
thence North 87 19' 00" West along said center line
of Crowther Avenue, 390 feet to the point of begin-
ning.

An easement for grading and construction of a slope
area over, along and across that portion of Block G of
the Kraemer Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, described as follows:
Commencing at the center line intersection of Crowther
Avenue (formerly Placentia -Yorba Road) and Dowling
Avenue; thence South 7 16' 14" East along the center
line of said Dowling Avenue, 500 feet; thence North
82 43' 46" East, 53 feet to the true point of begin
ning; thence North 7 16' 14" West, 415.24 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Southeasterly and
having a radius of 25 feet; thence Northerly and East-
erly along said curve through a central angle of 99
57' 14" an arc distance of 43.61 feet; thence South
87 19' 00" East, 298.52 feet to a point; thence South
89 13' 58" West, 296.26 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius
of 10 feet; thence Westerly and Southerly along said
curve through a central angle of 94 01' 17" an arc
distance of 16.41 feet; thence South 4 47' 19" East,
412.70 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a
conveyance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to
the owner or owners of said real property, out of General
Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 16th day of March 1965
