A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 64R -159 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 63- 64 -68.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
the 10th day of March, 1964, adopt Resolution No. 64R -159 in
Reclassification Proceedings No. 63 -64 -68 finding and determin-
ing that the property and area therein described should be
changed from R -1, One Family Residential Zone and C -1,
Neighborhood Commercial Zone, to C -0, Commercial Office Zone,
subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 1 of said resolution provides
that subject property shall be developed substantially in
accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City
of Anaheim, marked Exhibits Nos. 1 to 6, both inclusive, and
in accordance with all provisions of the C -0, Commercial Office
Zone; and
WHEREAS, said plans and specifications indicate that
masonry walls shall be constructed along the Crescent Avenue
frontage, the Fairhaven Street frontage and the southerly
property lines where adjacent to single- family residential zoned
property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the health,
safety and welfare of the citizens and residents of the City of
Anaheim require that said walls be modified as hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance (Ordinance No. 2058) has been adopted directing said
change of zones and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 64R -159 in Reclassifi-
cation Proceedings No. 63 -64 -68 be, and the same is hereby
amended by amending Condition No. 1 thereof to read as follows:
"1. That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans and specifi-
cations on file with the City of Anaheim, marked
Exhibits Nos. 1 to 6, both inclusive, and in
accordance with all provisions of the C -0,
Commercial Office Zone; PROVIDED, HWOEVER, that the
wall along Crescent Avenue at the alley opening
shall be reduced to three courses; that two
courses shall be removed from the wall along
Fairhaven Drive; and that the wall along the
southerly property lines, adjacent to residential
zoned property, shall be stepped down to two
courses between the front yard setback line and
the front property line."

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit to
the City Council an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2058 in
Reclassification Proceedings No. 63 -64 -68 to accomplish the
modification of said walls as hereinabove outlined.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects,
except as amended by Resolution No. 64R -558, said Resolution No.
64R -159 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of February, 1965.
