1965-442RESOLUTION NO. 65R- 442 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 64R -346 GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 532. WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on May 12, 1964 adopt Resolution No. 64R -346 granting Conditional Use Permit No. 532 permitting the construction of a one and two story, multiple- family, planned residential development, with carports, and a waiver of the one -story height limitation within 150 feet of R -A, Residential Agricultural Zoned property, on the property described in said resolution, subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and WHEREAS, Condition No. 6 of Resolution No. 64R -346 reads as follows: "6. (a) That a 30 -foot chain link fence shall be in- stalled along the south boundary of subject property, which shall be in addition to any other walls or fences provided for by the plans or conditions; and (b) that a bond in an amount and form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim shall be posted with the City to guarantee the installation of said fence." AND WHEREAS, the agent for the petitioner for said Conditional Use Permit has requested that said Condition No. 6 be modified as to the amount of fencing required, and that the negotiable securities posted with the City in the amount of $11,000.00 to guarantee the construction of said fence, be released and replaced with a bond in an amount proportionate to the amount of fencing required; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Condition No. 6 of Resolution No. 64R -346 should be amended as hereinafter set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 64R -346 granting Condi- tional Use Permit No. 532 be, and the same is hereby amended by amending Condition No. 6 thereof to read as follows: "6. (a) That a 30 -foot chain link fence shall be installed along the east 500 feet of the west 830 feet of the south boundary of subject property, which shall be in addition to any other walls or fences provided for by the plans or conditions; and (b) That a bond in an amount of $5,000.00, approved by the City Attorney, shall be posted with the City of Anaheim to guarantee the installation of said fence. (c) That the negotiable securities in the amount of $11,000.00, posted with the City in accordance with Agreement No. 00062, be released after the new bond has been approved and posted with the City."
