Easements over that property situated in the City of Ana-
heim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across that portion of Lot 9
of Tract 2022, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 58,
pages 24 and 25 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County, and the South half of the Southwest quar-
ter of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter
of Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.
M., described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northwest quar-
ter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 2, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. M. (said Southwest corner,
for the purpose of this description, being the center
line intersection of Romneya Drive and East Street);
thence along the center line of said Romneya Drive a
distance of 59.46 feet; thence Northerly a distance of
30 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Northeasterly
and having a radius of 15 feet, a radial line bearing
South passes through the point of beginning of said
curve; thence Westerly and Northerly along said curve
through a central angle of 89 18' 40" an arc distance
of 23.38 feet to an intersection with a line parallel
with and 45 feet Easterly, as measured at right angles
from the center line of East Street (formerly known as
Raymond Avenue); thence Northwesterly along said parallel
line a distance of 175.02 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius
of 15 feet; thence Northerly and Easterly along said
curve through a central angle of 90 41' 20" an arc
distance of 23.74 feet to an intersection with a line
parallel with and 30 feet Southerly, as measured at
right angles, from the center line of Kenwood Avenue;
thence North 30 feet to an intersection with the center
line of said Kenwood Avenue; thence West along the
center line of said Kenwood Avenue, a distance of 60.55
feet to an intersection with the center line of said
East Street (formerly known as Raymond Avenue); thence
South 0 41' 20" East along the center line of said East
Street (formerly known as Raymond Avenue) to the point
of beginning.

purposes for electric power lines, cross arms over, under
and across the Northerly 5 feet of the Easterly 80 feet
of that portion of the South half of the Southwest quar-
ter of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter

M., described as follows:
Beginning at the most Westerly Southwest corner of
Tract No. 2022, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 58,
pages 24 and 25 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County, said Southwest corner being in the West
line of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter
of the Southwest quarter of said Section 2, and running
thence East along the boundary of said Tract, 201.77
feet to an angle point therein; thence continuing along
said boundary, South 135.00 feet to the South line of
said Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter; thence West along said South line
200.15 feet to the Southwest corner of said Southwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter;
thence North 0 41' 20" West along the West line of said
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the South-
west quarter, 135.01 feet to the point of beginning.
Note: For the purpose of this description, the center
line of Romneya Drive is assumed to be the south line;
the center line of East Street the west line; and the
center line of Kenwood Avenue the north line of parcel
One above.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereb authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General
Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
