A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CIT9 of ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR SEWER AND
WATER LINE PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: Ain easement for sewer and
water line purposes
and
WHEREAS, the over of said property ham offered
to sell and convey the same o the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of A naheim that the offer of BELMONT SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION, a corporation,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for sewer and
water line purposes
and more particularly described as follows
An easement for sewer and water line purposes
only over, under and across a strip of land 30
feet in width, the center line of said strp
being described as follows;
Beginning at a point on the Northerly boundary
line of Tract No. 5332, as recorded in Boo? 192,
pages 35 to 30, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, said point
being South 73 42' 10 West, 129.02 feet from the
Northeast corner of said Tract No. 5332, said
Northeast corner bein3 also the Northeast corner
of Lot 21 of said Tract No. 5332; thence
North 23 31' 37" West, 0.73 feet to the crue
point of beginning; thence South 73 42' 10" West,
222.21 feet to the point of terminus thereof.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 5th day of October 19 65
